Using usual cupcake recipe – add the mixture to ice-cream cones instead of cupcake cases!!
- Place the ice cream cones in a muffin tray.
- Using an ice-cream scoop add the mixture into the cones. Don’t Overfill!
- Bake in the oven (180 C) for 15 minutes or until you insert a cake tester and it comes out clean.
- Place on a cooling rack to cool down. Once cooled top with icing. We’ve used glace icing here but you could ice on butter cream to make it look like a Mr Whippy! To add sprinkles – tip the sprinkles into a bowl then dip the icing topped cone into sprinkles to get a good covering. Best made on the day of eating.
